The air conditioning worked perfectly, a relief . Bring your own toiletries to be safe.

Location adjacent to the waffle house in front of the motel and park.

The staff was superbly friendly, as well as host. The setting was marvellous, close enough to a killer Mexican restaurant, the waffle house in front of the motel and the Ford Center. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Here's what worked, and what didn't

The flat screen tv worked very well, and the air conditioning was excellent. Plus, there was no noise so sleeping was very good.

The shower curtain had holes, bedsheets had cigarette burns, and a red stain, made us uneasy. Plus, there was no one at the check-in desk!

I love the staff the lady at the front desk was very nice kind and constantly checking up on me to make us feel very welcome!

Although the cleaning people tried their best to keep the rooms and facility as clean as they could which I appreciate the was a lot of little things that where broken in the room my sink and counter where both broken and there was a lot of maintance that needed to be done to the whole building but other than that service was great!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Pool was nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Issues noted . The room had an unpleasant odor, quite off-putting. I did appreciate that the air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool throughout the night.

The entire place looked and felt dirty. The shower rod in my room had been partially pulled out of the wall and was bent in a U-shape. There was one trash can in the entire room. No trash can in the bathroom. Room was not ready when I checked in, even though I reserved in advance.

The room was disgusting with black mold everywhere, honestly excellent for such a low rate. And despite having my toilet refusing to flush, I wasn't even offered a room upgrade. I almost considered giving a good review, but the staff's disregard for my comfort just sealed the deal. Definitely a not-so-great experience!

The room I booked was not available. The swimming pool had no water and there was no breakfast.

Worst hotel ever. ..

My room was not ready when I arrived. .but when I did get to my room finally there were semen stains everywhere...I had to clean the room with bleach myself after the manager refused me a room change or a discount. .I will be contacting headquarters with photos. .
